Send a team to Ghana to work in RATA International School - October 2012.
Compile and send a team to India for our third visit in July 2012
Send a team to Magugu in Tanzania - October 2012.
Ensure that RATA has the best operating systems, and financial processes developed for its needs.
Research the possibility of new projects for RATA to become involved with in 2013.
Find a partner that can help us with area’s of expertise that we lack and help us with funding applications from other trusts etc.
Investigate the possibility of having a film crew with us for one of the 2012 RATA trips.
To continue to marketing RATA within New Zealand to build up the teacher base so to access great teachers for RATA trips.
Research best practice for developing teacher competency in third world education contexts.
To develop kiwi kids into global citizens by extending the learning New Zealand students get as a result of their teachers involvement in RATA trips.
Develop and formalise links with other NZ educational providers, i.e. Scholastic, Wilkie Way, Think Beyond, so we can ensure we have the very best of educational advice, research and resources.
